CHARACTERISTICS

Sesame seeds appropriate for external use, with no size variation. Naturally washed and dried with no additives and no exposure to high temperature pressure.
Moisture strictly up to 4%. High sesame oil content which results to a quick and balanced scorching that brings out the aroma and distinct flavor.
Perfect attachment to dough. Due to its size and balance it adds volume and perfect embroidering to any product

MAINTENANCE – CONSUMPTION

Kept cool and dry, and must be consumed within 6 months from packing date declared on packaging.

Useful reference: Vacuum pack is maintained for 12 months from date of unsealing.

 APPLICATIONS

Ideal for coating bakery products, cookies and sesame snacks.
Enriches flavor in all kinds of pies and tartlets. Roasted sesame can be used as decoration of sweets, as filling as well as filling substitute.

ATTENTION! Any quantity of moist sesame seeds that is left over needs to be disposed of.
